EPIFANY (PTY) LTD can only offer returns or exchanges for items that have NOT been personalized to your specifications. For non personalized products, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order ships from EPIFANY (PTY) LTD. Items must be in an unused condition with the original packaging.

Refunds are offered on returns of non-personalized items, to the original payment method.

Returns and refunds will be processed once the product/s have been returned and inspected.

Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. EPIFANY (PTY) LTD will not be liable for any shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
